1. Visit the Jigokudani Monkey Park, a world-famous park where Japanese macaques can be seen up close as they freely soak in hot springs. Depart for Zenko-ji Daimon
  Sightseeing and Lunch at Zenko-ji Temple (60 min)
Visit Zenko-ji Temple, which boasts 1,400 years of rich history. Its main hall is a designated national treasure.
  Depart from Zenkoji Station (60 min)
Head to Yudanaka Station.
  Depart from Yudanaka Station (10 min)
Head to Kanbayashi Onsen-guchi via taxi.
  Depart from Kanbayashi Onsen-guchi (35 min)

1. If the minimum number of participants (2) is not met by 4 days before the scheduled date, the tour on that date may be cancelled.
2. Please refer to the final itinerary and your tickets for train car numbers and times. The final itinerary will be sent to your accommodations by the day before your departure.
If the address for the tickets and final itinerary to be sent to changes after booking, please inform us at least 8 days prior to the tour departure date
3. You may not exchange the Shinkansen tickets for tickets of other trains. Please board the designated Shinkansen.
4. If you must cancel your tour after receiving the Shinkansen tickets, please send the tickets back to the Sunrise Center.
5. The round-trip course from Nagano is recommended for those with a JR Pass.
6. An English-speaking interpreter-guide will accompany the tour from arrival at JR Nagano Station until tour ends at JR Nagano Station.
7. As the space is limited in the Shinkansen, trains and buses, please leave large luggage such as suitcases at your hotel on the day prior to the tour.
8. Times and routes in the itinerary may be changed due to timetable adjustments for Shinkansen, trains, and buses.
9. As public transportation will be used in Nagano Prefecture, seating on trains and buses is non-reserved. Seating is not guaranteed.
10. The meal for lunch includes soba (buckwheat) noodles, a Nagano specialty. As traces of buckwheat flour may be present in the entire shop, those with buckwheat allergy may be unable to enter.
11. The walking path from Kanbayashi Onsen-guchi to Jigokudani Monkey Park (1.6 km one-way, about 30 min on foot) may be frozen and slippery if there is snow. Please wear winter boots or other non-slip footwear.
12. A JPY 250 admission fee to Jigokudani Monkey Park is required separately for each 5-year-old child on this tour. Please pay in cash at the location.
13. The behavior of wild monkeys is unpredictable. The park will be closed to visitors in case the monkeys do not come down to the park from the mountains. In this case, the tour will be cancelled. Thank you for your understanding.
