JTB SPECIAL CONDITIONS - REVISED VERSION 2



Your tour departure date: from 26 March 2020 to 31 May 2020 effective

New bookings can be made within 12 months of the original departure date. Change fees will be waived (only once). Any additional seasonal rate and/or local government tax differences still apply.

If new travel dates are unknown, paid non-refundable deposit will be held in credit for payment towards travel departing within 12 months of the original departure date. Upon rebooking, change fees will be waived (only once).
Any additional seasonal rate and/or local government tax differences still apply.

Full refund policy also applies during this period except non-refundable items such as certain train tickets, special admission tickets, events, concerts, & restaurants arrangement fees and handling fees.
However, extra charges may be required by our business partners in Japan who need to stay with their own conditions.

JTB NZ normal cancellation fees apply for all departure dates from the 1st September 2020 at this stage. However, we will review and change this condition with the New Zealand government’s latest policy and announcement.

If you have booked your group tours through us and departing within the year, please contact japan.nz@jtbap.com. We will be in touch with you individually to discuss & find the best options.


Flight:

Due to the number of calls we are asking our customers to please only call if you are travelling within the next 48 hours. If your departures are more than 72 hours away, please email akl.nz@jtbap.com for changes, cancellations or questions about your booking.

Japan Rail Pass refund policy: from 04 March 2020 until further notice

The valid exchange order form is refundable without a 10% cancellation fee after JTBNZ receives back the unused vouchers. The policy refers only to tourists who have unused exchange order forms and need to cancel their trip due to the effects of COVID-19.
